Matthew 7:7 tells us to ask and we shall receive, seek and we shall find, knock and the door shall be opened to us.

It is good to ask God for help, although he already knows what we need before even we ask and has the capacity to supply all our needs according to his riches in glory through Christ Jesus, (Philippians 4:19), but he still expects us to ask.
Prayer is our way of communicating with God. If he just hands everything we desire  to us, most of us will not even remember to talk to him through prayer.

In Matthew 21:22,  we are told that whatever we shall ask in prayer believing, we shall receive.
We must ask in the name of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. If we pray according to God’s will, he always answers. We do not want to pray amiss because then God will not answer.
We must ask in faith, believing that he will answer us.
‭‭
“Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.” (James 4:3 KJV).
Ask according to God’s divine Will and plan for your life, and he will answer.

Trust God and approach his throne with worship and humility.
He is always available. You do not have to look far. He is only a prayer away. Shalom.
