What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
I start my day by giving praise to God almighty, because without Him I won’t even get out of bed.
Besides praying, I love to exercise. It may not be strenous, but I like to get my muscles and joints in motion daily, that helps to improve my blood circulation and rejuvenate my spirit, soul and body. Glory be to God.
1 Timothy 4:8, says, “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.”
So I take care of my spiritual and physical health through the grace of almighty God.
