The world rewards aggression, but Jesus rewards gentleness. “Why?”
Jesus said in Matthew 5:5. “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”
Meekness is one of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
Meekness is strength under control. It is choosing gentleness, patience, and humility even when you have the power to react differently.
Being gentle does not make you weak.
It takes greater strength to remain calm than to lose control.
God honors those who walk in humility and trust Him for justice.
Reflect on how you can respond with gentleness instead of frustration.
Prayer. Heavenly Father, help me walk in humility and self-control. Teach me to be meek, to trust You rather than forcing my own way in Jesus’s name. Amen.
