List your top 5 favorite fruits.

As a Christian, my favorite fruits are the nine fruits of the Spirit, found in Galatians 5:22-23, fruit of Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness, self-control, for which I am striving by the grace of God almighty, to see that they become part of me, deeply rooted and made manifest in my daily life and interactions.

However, as a realistic human being who lives in this physical world,  I admit I love fruits and I eat a lot of them.
I love fruits so much that I snack on them both fresh and dry, sometimes mixed with almonds and peanuts.   I prefer eating fresh fruits, since I am not so much of a smoothie person.

Asking for only five favorites, does not do justice to the fruit lover that I am, because I eat more than ten variety of fruits at least three to four days a week.
They include mangoes,  oranges, watermelon,  kiwi, bananas, grapes, pineapples, much more.
I love them for their tastes and their nutritional values.

For instance,
Mangoes are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, and powerful antioxidants like beta-carotene. They support immune health, aid digestion, and promote glowing skin.

Oranges are excellent sources of vitamin C, fiber, and folate. They help boost immunity, improve heart health, and support healthy skin.

Watermelon comprise of more than 90% water,  that’s why it is called “hydration hero”. It also contains lycopene, an antioxidant known for its function in heart health and cancer prevention. It is low in calories and highly refreshing!

Kiwi  is called the powerhouse of Vitamin C, because it is packed with vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, and potassium. It improves digestion, boost the  immune system, and improve skin texture.

Bananas are great sources of potassium, vitamin B6, and fiber.  They are called “energy on th go”,  because they provide quick energy, support muscle function, and help regulate blood pressure. They are ideal snacks to take before and after workout.

Grapes are rich in antioxidants. They contain resveratrol,  which is a powerful antioxidant linked to maintaining a healthy heart and anti-aging. They also contain vitamin Cand K, and hydrating natural sugars for quick energy.

I love eating these fruits  because they are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which support adequate hydration, increase energy, maintain a  healthy heart, improve skin health, and promote general well-being.
Make them a part of your daily meals and enjoy the natural goodness packed in each one of them.
