Have you been wondering, if God still remembers you, then read Isaiah 49:15, which says, “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.”
In this Bible verse, God is saying he will never forget you. He even used the analogy of a woman nursing her baby. He said even if a woman forgets her nursing child who came out of her womb he, God will not forget you. God will not forget his children, who he created in his own image and likeness.
People may forget your sacrifices. Someone may overlook your contributions. A door may have closed in your face.
But God has not forgotten you.
Your prayers have not disappeared.
Your tears have not been wasted. Your obedience has not gone unnoticed.
Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep serving. Keep trusting.
The God who saw you in your wilderness will also see you through to your promise.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, remind us that we are never forgotten by You. Strengthen those who are discouraged and restore their hope. Help us continue trusting You until Your purpose is fulfilled in our lives, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
